Receiving Sales, manufacturing, and HR Certificates from Dunn and Bradstreet leadership school and graduating from Global University, Al moved to Jakarta, Indonesia for 2 years to serve in the nonprofit sector until his passion for cabinet making brought him back to Seattle where he opened his first retail kitchen and bath showroom in Tukwila, WA. Eventually, he moved into business development, helping showrooms and factories increase sales to the A, D and B markets. Representing over 20 cabinet lines from across the United States. In 2021, he left the industry to help his wife start her medical staffing company, developing markets in 5 states.
